Once you have accepted your C.V. &/or covering letter as final, we will supply an electronic version in Microsoft Word format via email. You will be required to confirm safe receipt of your document(s) by return email.
Important: C.V.’s and/or covering letters will be held on our system for no longer than 30 days before being archived. Should you require a replacement copy after this period, an archive retrieval fee of £5 per document (plus P&P (to UK mainland only )if you require a hard copy to be mailed) will be payable.
Turnaround Time:
Once your payment is received, your order will be processed and dispatched within 48 hours*. Please make sure that a contact number or email address is added to your order so that, if necessary, we may contact you to ensure we have all your requirements.
* We reserve the right to alter this turnaround time depending on workload & any unforeseen system failures. This turnaround period excludes weekends: i.e. if your details are received on a Friday, your C.V. will be prepared the following Monday and sent out to you on Tuesday.
